There is nothing like a good cup of coffee to get you going in the morning. And on mornings like today, when the thermometer reads 100 degrees before you even have a chance to step outside, iced coffee is the way to go.
Until today I had never made iced coffee at home. I found this recipe on Pinterest recently and knew I had to try it. It's a pretty involved process but the end result is so worth it.
The best part is I have more for tomorrow :)

Well I've never actually tried it, but there's a restaurant in Athens that serves Lavender Lemonade. Sounds earthy and awesome : )
